The main level has a well-appointed kitchen, dining and living area. It also has a queen bedroom, full bathroom, and a second laundry room. The downstairs has an open family room with a large wall-mounted TV, a bunk-bed room and a half bathroom. The deck area offers a BBQ and outside dining furniture. Maximum 10 guests. *Sylvan Ray Manzanita has a NEMA 14-50 EV outlet located in the garage- just bring your own EVSE to use during your visit.

"Peter - Your house was great. The kitchen was the best equipped and functional of any rental house myself or any of our crew have ever experienced. The entire house was perfect for our purposes -- made more important as there was a major storm on the coast, all rivers were blown out and our four guests and two fishing guides could not fish. So, we comfortably sat in the house, told lies, ate too much and too good of food and enjoyed fine wines and spirits. This will be an annual affair and, for sure, I will be in touch for next year's trip and hopefully can use again your great place. Thanks very much."
