On the lower level, the living room boasts a navy-blue sofa and loveseat, swivel chairs, luxury vinyl floors, large TV, gas fireplace, and a well-appointed kitchen featuring a gas range, stainless appliances, and pristine white stone countertops. Enjoy a meal at the spacious dining table for eight or on the back patio with a cozy bistro table for a more intimate setting. A convenient office with privacy doors is situated near the living area, while the luxurious King primary bedroom awaits off the kitchen, complete with an ensuite bathroom offering a relaxing soak in the freestanding tub or a refreshing shower under the rainfall shower head.



Ascending the stairs leads to three additional bedrooms - two queen rooms and a bunk room - along with a shared bathroom down the hall. Another inviting living room awaits, equipped with a TV, comfortable seating, an Atari 50 arcade machine, PS5 gaming system with 6 games, board games, books and a gaming or puzzle table.

The Neighborhood:

Manzanita is a small, friendly village 23 miles south of Seaside and 25 miles north of Tillamook. The town is known for its beautiful seven-mile stretch of beach with views of Neahkahnie Mountain, wonderful shops, and friendly people.



Getting Around:

No need for a vehicle while in Manzanita unless you would like to travel to adjacent towns. Everything is walkable.



Other Things to Note:

We have a baby gate on the stairs downstairs and we ask for dogs to be kept downstairs if at all possible.

The hot tub fee is in the total of your rental, there is no additional charge for use of the hot tub.



Interaction with Guests:

We are here when you need us! We can be reached during office hours 7 days a week from 9am to 5:30pm. We also have an after hours team for those things that can not wait till the next day.
