THE SPACE
The condo is equipped with a REAL Queen size bed 80"x60" (filipino Queen size beds are only 75" long and inadquate for most westerners). All sheets, duvet and towels are 100% cotton. The linens are 220-800 count cotton. There is a Samsung Smart TV with Netflix subscription (soon to be upgraded to LG 43” 4K TV). Kindly inform me if the TV lags so WiFi can be upgraded ASAP. There is ceiling fan and air conditioner for your comfort. There are blinds and curtains to dim the unit in the day to enable rest after a long flight or travels. There are dishes, hotplate, and microwave for light cooking.

GUEST ACCESS
The condo building provides Front Desk, Lobby, Security, and Maintenance. My guests can use the outdoor Swimming Pool and Gym Studio on the 6th floor. There is a kiddie pool, and white chase lounge chairs as well.

There is a pay garage parking lot located at the back of the building.

The Studio is cleaned and sanitized after every guest. Bed linen, and towels are freshly washed. Soap and shampoo provided. But don’t forget your toothbrush.

My cleaner and assistant, and building security are prepared to provide guests with a comfortable, healthy, and safe stay at 8 Adriatico. We offer gym and pool amenities only seen at 4* hotels in Manila buy at a fraction of the price!

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
You will be welcomed by my assistant. If he is not available to meet you, the front desk personnel will facilitate your check-in.

Late check-in and early check-out will be accommodated. The Front desk lobby is available 24 hours a day for assistance.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
All Guests must bring a copy of their valid ID to be submitted to security upon check-in and original valid I.D. must be presented.
Airbnb does not charge Guests the amount of Security Deposit upon booking. Charges will be made accordingly in case there's any damage or violation of house rules after check-out.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The neighborhood is ideal for filipino or foreign tourist or anyone looking for a staycation.
Its ideal location is within 25 minute drive from Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminals. It is situated beside the largest Robinsons Mall with plenty of shops, restaurants and a supermarket -so convenient!

Guests can easily reach historical and cultural attractions like the Manila Bay and Rizal Park within a 10-15 minute walk. It is a 10-15 minute drive to Manila Ocean Park, National Museum of the Philippines, Cultural Center of the Philippines, Mall of Asia, Ferry Terminal to Corregidor Island, and to the famous “Walled City" of Intramuros -a must see! Rent a horse carriage or join a bamboo bike tour in Intramuros to explore the cobblestone streets and Spanish-era architectures of San Agustin Church and Museum, Manila Cathedral and Fort Santiago. The best way to end your day in Intramuros is by watching a cultural show with dinner at Barbara's Restaurant or enjoy dinner and drinks at Sky Deck on Bayleaf Hotel overlooking historic Manila.

It is also a 10-15 minute drive from Pasay Bus Terminals and Sampaloc Bus Terminals with scheduled routes to Batangas Port, Vigan, Baguio, Banaue and other beautiful destinations.

GETTING AROUND
The studio unit is located at 8 Adriatico Building
Padre Faura st and Bocobo st in Malate Manila.
Use Waze or Google Map or tell the taxi to take Padre Faura street from Taft, pass Robinson’s Place one small block and 8 Adriatico will be on the left kitty/caddy corner from McDonalds.
You can take a “Grab” app taxi from the airport for 300 pesos or a fixed rate ride for 500 pesos. My driving service can pick you up from airport and drop you for 1000 pesos ($20usd) for added security and comfort, just let me know in advance.
