1. Please provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in for registration purposes.
2. Follow all building management policies and posted guidelines in common areas.
3. Observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A penalty of 2,000 will be charged for violations.
Noise Policy
Please respect other residents and maintain reasonable noise levels, especially during quiet hours.
Garbage Disposal
Dispose of garbage daily, especially wet waste.
The garbage room is located behind the exit door on the same floor as the unit.
Bathroom Reminder
Please do not throw tissue paper or any non-flushable items into the toilet bowl.
Internet Service
Internet service is provided as a convenience. However, occasional interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues by the service provider may occur and are beyond the host's control. Refunds will not be provided for internet-related service interruptions.
Luggage Policy
For security reasons, the building lobby does not permit guests to leave luggage, packages, or personal belongings for storage.
Extra Guests
An extra mattress may be provided for additional guests, subject to availability and applicable fees.
Security Deposit
A refundable 1,000 security deposit is required upon check-in.
The deposit will be returned after:
Check-out inspection
Confirmation that no damage has occurred
Compliance with all house rules
Any damage or loss caused during the stay shall be charged to the guest.
