« My room was pleasant and clean, with everything in good working order. However the refrigerator was ran very loudly. »

« Pretty disappointed. Their pool was out of commission yesterday and they did not stipulate that when making the reservation nor when I checked in. I had to ask about it. I would have absolutely stayed at another one of the 10+ hotels so our girls could have swam. (They were extremely disappointed !) This has always been our #1 choice in Manhattan but will reconsider it from now on. Plus, I don’t recall them EVER charging $15.00 to park at the hotel before. No free breakfast and...
