A small villa with a view of the sea, sandy beach, and crystal-clear water just 50 meters from our gate. A furnished terrace where you can relax while gazing out at the sea. <br>A comfortable and bright property suitable for families; pets are welcome.Our spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms are equipped with all the comforts, including ceiling fans in addition to air conditioning.<br>The kitchen-dining area is equipped with dishes, a variety of cookware, plates, and table linens. The refrigerator and freezer are in good working order. The very spacious bathroom is equipped with a full set of linens, a hair dryer, soap, and a washing machine.<br>The dining room is bright and opens onto the outdoor terrace. Tables and chairs are provided for up to 10 guests.<br>The terrace features a small table, armchairs, and a lounge chair for relaxing outdoors. The garden, with its plants, makes spending time outdoors relaxing, and the outdoor shower makes coming back from the beach a pleasure.<br>Free indoor and outdoor parking on a private street.<br>We gladly welcome your furry friends🐾—they’ll have a wonderful time here!<br>Grocery store, café, and shop selling cleaning supplies and personal care products 200 meters away. Pietro in Bevagna is 1 km away, with its pine forest leading down to the sea. Shops, pizzerias, ice cream shops, a pharmacy, etc. Just past the town center, after 500 meters, is the mouth of the Chidro River where it flows into the sea. A stunning setting where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in either fresh or saltwater.<br>In the surrounding area, in the countryside around Manduria, there are many beautiful farmhouses where you can savor Apulian cuisine and sample local wines...
