« Rooms were clean and loved having two bathrooms for my family. Great walkability/location. Expedia address is not correct and takes you several blocks away. Also, please consider two keys. All guests must come and go at the same time. You cannot buzz people in or get in without the key & fab. »

« The room itself was clean but noisy as it faced the main road. The worst was the bathroom. It was so disgusting that I couldn't bear to have a shower or even touch the bathtub! We paid £158 for 2 nights and were horrified. For the cost of one nights stay they could easily afford to regroup the tiles and clean whatever the indescribable muck everywhere! « Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room.
