'It was peaceful and quiet, nice water view from the picture window , whole place was nice sized, Nice sized kitchen downstairs and office room, The main bathroom upstairs was nice and balcony was very nice, However the strong smell of animal urin all upstairs in the living room/bedroom was overwhelming, We brought our own lysol wipes to wipe everything down and used our Febreeze air spray to try to clean the smell upstairs , the little sofa looked stained and smelled, We sprayed it with...

'Lovely cottage. Would stay again.'

'Clean and well cared for; high end finishes; small but adorable with beautiful views from upstairs bedroom. Good communication with owners. '

'I booked a last minute stay for some time at the ocean. The booking/check in process was so easy with very detailed instructions sent the day of my arrival. The place was exactly as pictured, a well-appointed, clean cottage, with everything I needed. The host also left a welcome gift that was thoughtful and useful. I walked the few blocks to the ocean everyday, multiple times a day to walk for hours on the beaches. I got food from a nice little Italian restaurant (Capri) just a block away. The...

'We loved staying here! The area where it’s located is calm and quiet, easy to locate. The studio is adorable and was perfect for what we needed while traveling with our two dogs. Julie was amazing at communicating all check in details and answering any questions. She checked on us to make sure everything was going well, super friendly! We plan on staying here again next summer.'

'Beautiful location!'

'Great location for swimming, boating and using the rail trail! Lots of family fun amenities—hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, fire pit, corn hole, board games, beach chairs/wagon, kayaks, dog friendly, short walk or drive to the beach (about .3 of a mile)…. There was a very limited check out list, making it a much easier departure than other places I have rented on VRBO. Overall, great place to make some amazing family memories!'

'Perfect for our littles, the house is right on the water. Great location, clean house. We told the host we had trouble with AC they came over to install another window unit. My daughter got sick and they answered the phone immediately to suggest a local urgent care. Very responsible, respectful of our privacy and a lovely house. We would stay again.'
