The Space:
We are excited to welcome you to The Heim Residences, a stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse located in Manchester's vibrant Northern Quarter. The property features an industrial chic design inspired by the Bauhaus movement, with raw concrete and steel accents running throughout a two-storey open-plan layout. This townhouse sleeps up to 6 guests.
Kitchen & dining area
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. It includes a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster. We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper, as well as a dishwasher tablet, washing up liquid, washing machine capsule, sponge, dish cloth, and 2 bin liners. There is an 8-seater dining table, perfect for enjoying a meal together with family and friends.
Bedrooms
There are 3 bedrooms: two fitted with king-size beds and one with a double bed, all furnished with custom blackout blinds and spacious wardrobes for comfortable, restful stays.
Bathrooms
There are 2 bathrooms. The first features a walk-in shower, and the second features a bathtub. We offer bath towels and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.
Living area
The living area features a flat-screen smart TV with streaming services and a large, comfortable sofa. The open-plan design seamlessly connects the living and dining spaces, creating an airy environment well suited to both relaxing and gathering.
Workspace & connectivity
A dedicated workspace is available in the common area, supported by fast WiFi throughout - ideal for guests travelling on business or anyone needing to stay connected.
Location & parking
Situated between Ancoats and the Northern Quarter, the property offers easy access to some of Manchester's most celebrated cultural and entertainment venues, including Band on the Wall, the Manchester Craft and Design Centre, and the Frog and Bucket Comedy Club. Trendy bars, restaurants, and independent shops are all within easy reach, and the property benefits from excellent public transport links. Paid street parking is available nearby - charges may apply.
Please note that as this is a city centre location, there is potential for noise from outside and neighbouring properties.
Good to know
The property is pet-friendly and suitable for long-term stays of 28 days or more. A noise decibel monitor and exterior security camera are in place for the comfort and safety of all guests.
Please note that complimentary items are provided as a one-time courtesy and will not be replenished during your stay. Cleaning during your stay is available at an additional charge.
Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £50.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Ancoats. Manchester’s central bar and retail district is within walking distance. There is a public pay and display car park located adjacent to building - charges may apply. Piccadilly Gardens metro station is 7 minutes walk, Victoria train and metro station is 15 minutes walk and Piccadilly train station is 12 minutes walk

This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of £20.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.
