Beautiful 5 bedroom 3 bath house with all the amenities that you could desire plus an above ground pool for additional summer fun. Tons of space and beautiful furnishings all the comforts of home while you are away! First floor has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, queen bedroom, a full bath and laundry room. Second floor has a king bed master suite with double sinks and a balcony. There is a second king bedroom a queen bedroom and a room for the kids with twin beds that have trundles and a third full bath. The house is on the lagoon so bring your toys it is a short ride to the bay in a smaller boat. Relax on the backyard patio by the fire pit and enjoy your stay. Remember it is only a short ride to the beautiful beaches of Long Beach Island. There is an optional security deposit if $70.00 that is non-refundable along with a $500.00 refundable security. However, If this option is not selected then the security will be $3000.00 (refundable) for the term of the lease.
