This is a pretty expensive hotel for the location. The reception was closed and I had to call for help at the pool VHF-radio... Very few people speaks English. I stayed in a suite, which has a nice bed, almost the only good thing about the place. On day 2 afternoon I wanted to take a shower, but as on day 1 no hot water and after a few attempts no water at all, not even cold. No reception. The pool area is okay, but no people. no breakfast, fancy full service menu in a small booklet, but no functioning restaurant. A few people drills and are noisy during the day on the top of the bar at the pool, but doesn't help.... Last day of 3 the water came back, e.g. it was only just running... No internet despite three different SSID's and when no internet no streaming for the tv. Mobile coverage is good, so if you have free data, you'll survive. It's 800 hard walking meters from the town center (and some 300-400 more for the harbour), so it's not conveniently located. Looks nice on the pictures though and the view for the volcano is fine as from any other hotel. It's priced as a capitol high rise chain hotel, so it's definitely not okay...
