The exterior of the property is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. The private chlorine swimming pool, measuring 8 x 7 m and with a depth range of between 1.1 and 2.2 m, will be the star of the show. In the surrounding area you will find sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a beautiful garden, a barbecue and three porches where you will surely enjoy eating, having a drink or playing ping pong with your companions. The property is fenced and privacy is total. The interior of the two-storey house is conceived to ensure you get the rest you deserve. On the main floor you will find two fantastic dining areas —one of them with a fireplace and television with satellite channels — and an independent kitchen equipped with induction and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. On the same floor you will also find a bedroom with a single bed and fan and two bathrooms. One of them has a bathtub and en suite, while the other one is independent and has a shower.
