Welcome to our newly renovated Mammoth Lakes condo — a spacious, pet-friendly retreat perfectly set up for families, ski groups, and summer adventurers. With a 1-bedroom plus loft layout, 2 full bathrooms, and sleeping for 6, there's room for everyone to spread out and relax after a day on the mountain or the trails.

The open living area is warm and inviting, anchored by a wood-burning fireplace stocked with firewood kept on the private balcony. Curl up after a powder day, pour a glass of wine, and settle in — this is what a mountain vacation should feel like.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook for the whole group: stainless steel cookware, full range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, and a complete set of dishes and utensils. No hunting around for a spatula.

The main bedroom features a king bed, and a full bathroom on the main floor serves the living area. Upstairs, the spacious loft is a true second living space — comfortably sleeping four with a queen bed and two twin beds, and served by its own full bathroom. Whether it's a family of four, a group of friends, or a mix of both, the loft gives everyone the space and privacy they need. The living room and bedroom are both equipped with Smart TVs for movie nights and streaming.

The balcony offers handy storage for firewood and ski gear, plus views of the pool, tennis/pickleball court, and pine trees.

The complex has a large surface lot with plenty of unassigned spaces. Your stay includes two parking passes for up to two vehicles. Please note the unit requires a short walk from the parking area. Temporary parking directly in front of the unit allows for easy unloading / loading upon arrival / departure.

GETTING TO THE MOUNTAIN & AROUND TOWN

The free shuttle stops directly across the street year-round. In winter, the Green Line runs approximately every 15 minutes with a direct ride to Eagle Lodge in about 5 minutes — no car needed on powder days. In summer and fall, the Teal Line stops at the same spot, running every 30 minutes into The Village. For guests who prefer to drive, Eagle Lodge and the main mountain base areas are just minutes away. Mammoth Mountain offers over 3,500 acres of terrain and some of the longest ski seasons in California.

SUMMER IS SPECTACULAR TOO

Mammoth Lakes in summer is an underrated gem. Hike to stunning alpine lakes, mountain bike the world-class trail network, fish in crystal-clear streams, or simply explore the beauty of the Eastern Sierra. The June Lake Loop, Devils Postpile National Monument, and Yosemite's eastern entrance are all within easy reach. The Village at Mammoth — with restaurants, shops, and the Gondola — is just a short drive away.

PETS ARE WELCOME

We love dogs and welcome up to 2 well-behaved pups! A $125 fee applies per dog per stay. Dogs must be kept off all furniture and cleaned up after in all common areas. Maximum 80 lbs per dog. Dogs that exhibit excessive barking or aggression are not permitted.

Centrally located on Meridian Blvd in the heart of Mammoth Lakes — Vons grocery store, numerous restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance, making it easy to stock up on supplies or step out for dinner without getting in the car. Eagle & Canyon ski areas, the Village at Mammoth, and everything else town has to offer are just minutes away.
