About the Space:
This property offers 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 8 people. It has vaulted ceilings and luxury vinyl flooring throughout. It is a spacious 1287 sq. ft. open floor plan with living area, dining area, and remodeled kitchen – all looking out to the spectacular views. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa and a wood burning fireplace, creating the perfect ambiance and extra warmth. The kitchen has solid stone countertops and stainless-steel appliances.

Off the main living area are two bedrooms with a fully remodeled shared bathroom with quartz countertop vanity. Bedroom one offers a king-sized bed, with a nice sized closet and dresser. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, with closet and dresser. At the end of the hallway are private, in-unit washing machine and dryer.

The third bedroom is located upstairs, in the loft. There is a queen-sized bed, separate living area, and half bath with sink and toilet.

This unit offers easy access with self-check-in, HOA jacuzzi and sauna, BBQ (summer only), and Wi-Fi. The additional laundry facilities are conveniently located in the same building, directly downstairs, and are coin operated.

We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located in dining area.
