Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations due to several issues that persisted throughout our stay, despite attempts to resolve them. A maintenance technician was sent to address some of the concerns, but the problems remained unresolved. The primary issues included: Inaccurate Listing Information – The listing stated that the unit had three queen-sized beds, but one of the beds was actually a full size. Insufficient Heating – The heater upstairs was not adequate compared to downstairs, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. Sink Malfunction – The sink stopper was never properly installed. While maintenance did attempt to fix it after hours, the replacement part did not match and the issue was left unresolved. Limited Hot Water – The hot water lasted only a few minutes (five at most), preventing all guests from being able to take showers or even had to finish the shower in cold water. Despite contacting maintenance, the problem persisted throughout our stay. These issues significantly impacted our experience and did not align with the quality and standards advertised in your listing. We made multiple attempts to fix it but nothing was solved
