Belle maison confortable et bien équipée dans un quartier calme et reposant.
A 200m de la calanque Cala Serena, une maison de 5 chambres très propre et bien équipée loin de l'agitation touristique. Bel endroit de vacances en famille. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Tres jolie cilla bien équipée dans un quartier très agréable
La villa est très bien localisée, dans un magnifique petit quartier résidentiel, proche de petites criques et de toutes les commodites, mais les plus belles croques sont accessibles en 5 à 15 mn de voiture. La maison est parfaitement propre et très bien équipée pour un séjour de 8-10 personnes. Merci pour ce joli séjour.

Lovely relaxing holiday in well stocked villa!
Air conditioning in all bedrooms was essential! Lovely pool area and barbecue area. The kitchen was well stocked to meet all our needs, 2 minute walk from the beach. Address incorrectly given on website which resulted in delays getting there and back as the pre booked taxis couldn’t find the place- only thing that let it down a bit.

Perfekter Urlaub für die Familie
Wir haben es sehr genossen in dieser großzügigen und ruhigen Finca unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Sehr schön im mallorquinischer Stil gehalten. Der Pool war unersetzlich. Auch die Gegend ein Traum. Sehr strandnah und ruhig gelegen. Gerne wieder !!!

lovely place very friendly and helpful owners
we were a group of 8 and booked the villa for a week. the property is very clean and has a great pool area. the kitchen was well equipped - we havent missed a single thing. you can reach a wonderful restaurant and small beaches within minutes to walk. 10/10, highly recommended!

Lovely Villa close to the beach
For us it was the perfect short vacation. We really enjoyed the outdoor cooking area (BBQ & Pizza oven) which we used every night. Being so close to a nice little beach which was not overcrowded was a big plus. And of course the communication with the hosts was great. Easy to contact and all questions were answered within minutes.

Tolles gut ausgestattetes Haus mit schönem gepflegten Garten, grossem Swimmingpool. Agnes war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und flexibel. Super Lage mit sehr gutem Restaurant in der Nähe. Einzige kleine Störung war eine laute Pumpe im Haus

we had a great stay here. The finca Was really clean and the Pool were really nice. Its a peaceful Area and its just a 2 Minute Walk to a nice beach. The owner was really Kind and replied back really fast when we had questions. I would highly recommend this finca.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Cala Serena war sehr schön. Das Haus ist sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist sehr zuvorkommend und auf Wünsche wurde sofort reagiert. Alles in allem, war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Toller Urlaub trotz Corona
Das Haus ist super gelegen. Nur knapp 200 m von einer kleinen Badebucht entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf Anfragen reagiert. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: die Pumpe für die WC-Spülung war nachts etwas laut.

We were two families of four and all had a fantastic holiday. The house was large enough to not feel crowded. The pool area provided sun and shade which catered for all our tastes. Agnes was fantastic and dealt with any queries promptly. The villa was in a quiet residential area only a few minutes walk from the beach. The only thing I would change about this villa would be to update the bathrooms, other than that I would highly recommend.

Truly Amazing
I can't recommend this property and the location enough. It has everything you want for a villa holiday in Majorca. The house is lovely and spacious and the pool area just the right mixture of sun and shade. The beach is a 3 min easy walk and it is a beautiful little sandy tranquil paradise with crystal clear water. The owners Agnes and Andres are truly wonderful people who were really helpful and generous with their time and dealing with all our questions. I highly recommend this villa and Majorca.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage
Wir (6 Personen) waren Ende September im Haus und haben die Zeit genossen. Agnes (die Tochter von Andres) hat uns empfangen und das Haus übergeben. Das Haus ist ein altes Haus mit ganz viel Charme. Die Küche ist ganz neu, sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. die Bäder sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und funktional. Der Außenbereich ist wunderschön, mit natürlichen Schatten, einzig die Liegen beim Pool sind teilweise schon sehr durchgelegen. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. 2 Minuten vom Haus ist ein schöner kleiner Sandstrand und es gibt auch einen kleinen Weg direkt zu der Steilküste, wo man einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer genießen kann. Wir hatten keine Probleme in dem Haus, es hat alles funktioniert und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Spar, der auch am Sonntag geöffnet hat. Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen ;-)

Lovely villa and owners
Very clean villa, good size. Helpful owner who is happy to help if you have any queries. 2 minute walk to the lovely local beach. Every restaurant we ate at in the area was very nice food. Only negative I would say is the super markets are expensive and not much choice. So hiring a car might be worth it, if not eating out is good. I would be happy to return to this villa. Thank you for our stay agnes.

Well-presented house in excellent location.
Cala Serena is one of 8 or 9 pocket-handkerchief beaches in teh area generally known as Cala D'Or. The house is located just 5 minutes walk from the beach, although the pool at the house means that the family can stay cool anyway. All the bedrooms, and the main living room, have air conditioning. There is a covered outside dining area which we used for all our meals, as well as two family bath/shower rooms and one en-suite shower room. The general area of the house is quite high-end and exclusive, and was very quiet most of the time. If we wanted to go back to the area, I would have no hesitation in booking this property again.

Good sized villa in lovely location
We stayed as a family of 9 and the villa was great. Clean and modern, the kitchen is newly refurbished and the beds are comfortable. The swimming pool was good for the children, although there are lots of trees so it is rarely in the sunshine - which might be welcome in the height of summer! Its a good value option in an area close to lots of beautiful beaches.

Geräumige Villa mit tollem Außenbereich
Die Villa bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Alle Zimmer sind mit genügend Stauraum und Air Condition ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über ein überdurchschnittlich gute Ausstattung an Geräten und Geschirr. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, ebenso wie ein schön gestaltetes Wohnzimmer. Der Pool, wie der gesamte Außenbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zur nahegelegenen Bucht mit kristallklarem Wasser gelangt man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts.

Lovely, traditional villa in a quiet residential area close to beaches and restaurants.
We had a wonderful holiday staying in Agnes' lovely villa. Our group consisted of older teenagers, parents and grandparents, so our main requirement was plenty for everyone to do within walking distance, whilst having plenty of space and privacy back 'home' and this villa ticked all the boxes. Obviously a much-loved family home, it was spacious, light and well-equipped. The bedrooms and large living room were air conditioned which was a blessing with temperatures in the 30's during our stay. The outside spaces were excellent; a large covered terrace with an inbuilt stone bbq just outside the kitchen where we spent most evenings. The garden was terraced with plenty of mature trees providing shady areas around the pool. Just lovely! Although there were neighbours on 3 sides, the garden never felt overlooked. The Cala Serena beach was a few minutes walk, down some steps at the end of the road. There was a very well stocked supermarket 5 minutes walk away, and a superb restaurant next to it (always busy so booking advisable). Another 5/10 minutes walk got us to the main resort with more bars, restaurants and beaches. The delightful Agnes was very easy to contact both before and during our stay, and was very quick to sort anything out. We would definitely return.

Lovely villa, pool and garden located in a quiet residential area, perfect for four adults and five children. The beautiful Cala Serena beach is a few minutes walk away, and within 15-20 minutes you can walk to many restaurants and shops in Cala d'Or. Agnès was very helpful and super responsive prior to arrival and also during our stay when a couple of minor issues arose.

Lovely Spanish villa surrounded by trees and shrubs.
Visited with young grandchildren who were able to be outside and in the pool with constantly changing natural shade from surrounding trees if required. Any requirements or problems were dealt with immediately by lovely Agnes . Really short walk to the beach where the calm sea in the bay enabled our young children to enjoy the sea and beach. The villa was a comfortable base, close to restaurants and a supermarket.

A nice week in a quiet area
After a week in this lovely house I can only send my recommendation to the next guests. The house I located in a quiet area and it’s not far to the closest beach, only some few minutes’ walk. With our rental car we paid some visits to other beaches nearby. Every morning we bought fresh bread at the supermarket 5 minutes’ walk away. We went to the Cala d’Or center for a few nights and ate good food but I can also recommend the restaurant in the immediate area which had really good food. During our stay we had some problems with the lights in the pool but it managed Agnes in a good and fast way to our satisfaction. In summary, the house is nice, clean and functional. The house has a good air conditioning in all rooms (which was really nice), the pool was lovely, and it was nice to relax there on the days. The kitchen was new with good equipment and the bedrooms and toilets were good. We will be happy to visit you again! Thank you for your hospitality

Lovely villa in a great location
Good facilities, very clean and comfortable, extremely well equipped, modern kitchen. Very spacious, air con in all bedrooms a welcome bonus compared to other villas we've used. We loved cooking on the outside BBQ. Three bathrooms, all in good working order. The pool and surrounding area are lovely, plenty of shade and sun loungers for everyone. A very short walk to the nearest beach which was also the nicest. Good, well-stocked supermarket nearby with fresh bread a pastries all day long A bigger supermarket about 20 mins walk away for fresh meat and fish and a wider range of everything including a lovely cafe selling coffee and freshly made sandwiches and pastries in the morning. Golf facilities 7 minutes walk with a great driving range. We [a family group of nine adults] thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay. Plenty of space/areas to have quiet time away from the group and plenty of space in communal areas to get together. Great selection of DVDs and books available. Agnes our host was lovely and left the information we needed. We liked your paintings Agnes!

Altes Haus an dem Innen und Außen viel gemacht werden müsste.
Leider wurden wir mit keinem Obst Korb oder anderen Annehmlichkeiten begrüßt. Im Gegenteil. Es war kalt und roch muffig. Die unteren beiden Zimmer sind nicht zu empfehlen. Die Bäder sind alt und die Armaturen stark verrostet und stellenweise kaputt. Nach 7 Tagen kamen Putzfrauen die allerdings nur die Betten gemacht und die Handtücher gewechselt haben. Sauber mussten wir selbst machen. Der Garten ist total ungepflegt. In den Blumenkästen war nur Unkraut. Die Pflanzen selbst benötigen dringend Pflege. Schade eigentlich aber es scheint wie wenn sich niemand um das Anwesen kümmert. Alles wirkt lieblos. 1 Punkt gibt's für die neue Küche wobei es keinerlei Grundnahrungsmittel wie Salz Zucker oder Mehl gibt. Die restliche Ausstattung ist auch mager.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Garten und Poolbereich
Das Haus ist schön und toll gelegen. Der Außenbereich ist toll angelegt und mit den Bäumen findet sich immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Die Küchenausstattung dürfte etwas umfangreicher sein. Ebenfalls sollte erwähnt werden, dass es nur im Wohnbereich und einem Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage gibt. Ansonsten hatten wir einen erholsamen Familienurlaub.

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage
Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, mit allen was man an Ausstattung benötigt. Zwei kleine Strände sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt und auch in die Innenstadt von Cala d'Or kommt man in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Als wir ankamen wurden wir sehr freundlich Empfangen und die Menge an Obst die zur Begrüßung vorhanden war hat tagelang gereicht. Es war zwar das Internet aufgrund eines Sturms vom Vortag gestört, das wurde aber noch am nächsten Tag behoben. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und kann nur weiterempfohlen werden.
