Cetait tres bien, tres agreable. Notre terrasse n’etait par contre pas tres propre et la nourriture de l’hotel pas incroyable.

Bel hôtel les pieds dans l'eau
Cosy à l'intérieur malgré un look extérieur un peu froid, cet hôtel correspond bien aux photos et descriptions du site. Les chambres sont confortables et très agréables avec vue sur la mer et petit balcon avec transat. Restaurant sur la terrasse incitant à la détente. Mignonne petite plage privée. Petit regret qu'aucune des deux piscines ne soit chauffée pour une utilisation printanière.

Plus que parfait. L hôtel sera prochainement rénové alors qu il est déjà parfait. Le lieu est magique. Vaut son prix qui est plus que correct.

Très bel hôtel mais...
Très bel hôtel cependant, la température de la piscine était proche du glacial, c'est simple personne n'arrivait à tenir plus de 2min dans l'eau... oubliez également les chambres 316 et 317, en effet une porte communique entre les 2 chambres. Quand les 2 chambres sont occupées et bien on a l'impression que la personne de la 316 qui prend sa douche se trouve dans notre propre chambre, idem pour leurs conversations, nous pouvons suivre le moindre détail... une horreur quand la 316 décide de démarrer sa journée à 7h30 du matin ! Le petit déjeuner est très bien, énormément de choix, on peut déjeuner en terrasse de 7h à 11h. Superbe situation avec transat en front de mer ou piscine... Dommage ne pas pouvoir profiter des "lits de jardin" sans devoir débourser 75€ par jour (ce qui comprend aussi 1 bouteille d'eau et 1 bouteille de champagne) La chambre était très confortable, très bonne literie, neuve, agréable. Cependant la terrasse est très très old school voir même en assez mauvais état, très surprenant pour un 5 étoiles. idem pour les couloirs hors de la chambre, très old school. Vous aurez la chance de découvrir par vous même les vieux ascenseurs avec un éclairage jaune, digne d'un bon vieux Colombo.

superbe hôtel de grand standing personnel très attentif à vos souhaits, nous avons passé un super grand week-end chambre spacieuse super vue sur la mer calme, grande salle de bain lit super grand 2m ! et matelas confortable. le personnel a le sourire, et est disponible sans soucis. vraiment du luxe ! sans soucis je repars pour un prochain week-end ...

Très bel hôtel avec vue mer pour toutes les chambres. Pour les personnes recherchant le calme, le luxe et la farniente, je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Le personnel est agréable, les chambres spacieuses disposent chacune d'une petite terrasse et d'une vue mer. Tout est fait pour le bien-être des clients.

Idéal pour un séjour en couple. Très calme, situation idyllique en bord de mer, un vrai paradis pour se reposer. Bus à quelques mètres pour le centre de Palma qui se trouve à 20mn. Très bonne table pour dîner. Séjour réussi.

Très bon hôtel pour se reposer
Un hôtel situé à 50 bonnes minutes à pied du centre de palma sinon en taxi comptez une quinzaine d euros le voyage.... Le personnel et accueillant et très à l écoute. Le restaurant possède une carte sympa et de très bonne qualité pour le prix. Cependant l hôtel fêtait ses 50 ans lors de notre séjour et l on remarque que la chambre à bien vécu et demanderait un rafraîchissement plus en profondeur ... Sinon un cadre exceptionnel et fabuleux avec un petit coin plage sympa et une belle piscine . Le Spa est bien nous avons fait des soins et n en sommes pas déçu . A conseiller pour des couples voulant du calme et du repos vraiment une bonne expérience à l extérieur de palma et de la ville cependant il faut savoir se faire comprendre en allemand ou en anglais car le français n est pas courant ;) ... A l hôtel comme à Majorque

Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und weist den Charme der 90er Jahre auf. Das Umfeld um die Hotelanlage herum ist stark doch englische Touristen geprägt und bietet wenig Möglichkeiten für Gastronomie oder einen Barbesuch. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist dort aber gut aufgehoben. Ab 21:00 Uhr ist die Anlage wieder ausgestorben und da keine Kinder buchen können auch tagsüber ruhig und erholsam.

Amazing hotel! Everything is just perfect. The facilities are wonderful, everything is accessible: private beach, pool, spa access.. absolutely perfect. The staff are extremely friendly it’s insane, from room service, lobby, valet, everyone is constantly trying to help.

Service was excellent. Marian was exceptional helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Room was very nice and restaurants were also very good. Could have had some adult entertainment other than a piano and violin player. The only negative was that the only way to access the pool area was to walk down two flights of stairs. As my wife is somewhat handicapped it was a once a day trip to the pool.

Beautiful Hotel!
It was amazing!! From the moment we stepped in the service was incredible. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Especially those on the reception desk. They gave us great restaurant recommendations. They allowed us to have a late checkout on the Sunday which meant we could have a few extra hours by the pool and time to get ready before our flight home. Lunch by the pool was pricey but really delicious! Rooms were large and clean and had full sized bath products in the bathroom. Stunning sea views and a big balcony too! We can't wait to come back!

Pool area and views where Fantastic! The staff was friendly and most of them provided great service. We upgraded to Red level and was told we where getting a better room. The room was old and in need of a remodel. It was also very hot and the maximum cold on the a/c was 22 Celsius. When we told the front desk, they sent up maintenance and the a/c maximum was now 19,5 Celsius, and still very hot. We also had tiny ants in our room on the 7th floor. Also the common areas in this hotel was very hot, like the corridor outside the rooms, restaurants and other areas. At check-out we told them that we where not to happy about the temperature in the room. We where told an excuse that our room was at the end of the hotel and the a/c couldn't reach that far!!! We where also told that we would get a better room next time! No other compensation was offered! In my opinion this is NOT a 5 star hotel! I do NOT recommend this place and we will not come back!
