« Late check-in fees even tho we told them ahead of time that our late flight was delayed further past midnight due to severe weather. Parking was a headache! Check-out was just as bad. We had to wait for someone to check rooms to get cash deposit back. »

Having the air con made it very comfortable. I was only there for one night and had an early check out but I could see that staying for a longer duration would be very easy to do. « It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues...

« Good hotel but it’s far from the city proper. Every time we need to eat and shop we have to take a taxi which additional to our budget. The restaurant in the hotel closes early and at breakfast there’s not much choice. Otherwise, have a nice view of the horizon including the Taal volcano. »
