Ani 1 apartment is located on the first floor, with a balcony overlooking the bay of Rovenska and the spacious Velebit. Very sought-after apartment, consists of bedroom, living room and kitchen with dining room and bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed for a third person. On the ground floor there is a modern, functional apartment Ani 2 with a beautiful terrace and a view of the sea. The apartment area is organized into two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen with a dining room. In front of the house there is a free parking lot for each apartment.
