'First of all, the location is amazing. Hard to beat. Right by the lake with lake views, a quick walk to the city center and for a swim. Second, the place was very clean, so I didn’t have to worry where to put my stuff. The rooms were recently renovated I believe, so those looked new and modern. 'Apart from the reception staff and the cleaners, the service was very disappointing. Many employees seemed unfriendly and uninterested, especially at the bar and during breakfast. If you don’t speak Italian, it is also difficult to get assistance in English. I felt unwelcome and even discriminated against during breakfast. Overall, the hotel seems mainly geared towards seniors, and I would not recommend it to young people or those travelling with friends.'

'We loved our stay at B5 boutique! Such a unique and inviting environment. Friendly staff, quiet and comfortable. The location was perfect for access to the train station. Would have stayed longer had our itinerary allowed!'
