First of all, we would like to thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback after your recent stay at Chick Apartment Malaga. We are very disappointed to see we didn't fulfil your expectations... In fact, this type of comments is not usual.  Guests in the comments favourably appreciate our central location within reach of all major tourist spots, beautiful cafes and restaurants in the area and the possibility of relaxing on the nearby beach. We have positive comments about the apartment, the attention of our staff and the tidiness. We know we can not please everyone, but we are sure that what we offer is a good price-quality ratio in our accommodation category.   Please accept my sincere apologies for a less than satisfactory stay on this occasion. it is very frustrating for us to hear that it spoilt your accommodation by circumstances out of our control.   Kind regards
