« Great stay in beautiful, quiet surroundings. The villa has everything that you might need and is close to amazing beaches, a great restaurant (Bodega Del Sol) and the beautiful town of Alcudia. Our 2 familes of 4 enjoyed our stay on comfort. The pool is clean and the perfect size for the kids to play in. A rental car is key here though, since the villa is in a residential area. Its a great base for exploring Majorca. Would visit again! »

« The villa was superb and exceeded our expectations, very spacious and comfortable with a large outdoor garden and pool area. The nearby town of Santa Margalida is only 10-15 minutes walk away and has a great local feel, away from the tourist crowds. Highly recommended. »

« Fabulous stay that suited the full age range (10 to 74) of our family. Property is excellent and provided everything just as outlined. Pool and pool area are superb. Owners of the property (also the hosts) were brilliant and made us feel like friends rather than just guests. All in, a tremendous holiday enjoyed by all members of our family group. Located in a quiet area, just outside of town, we found some form of personal transport to be a necessity. »

« The house was beautiful and absolutely spotless. Easy to find, a great base and also perfect for chilling by the pool. Lots of shops and restaurants a short drive. Loved the resident cat and chickens that roam around. A car is essential for staying here. Loads of hot water for showers. The beds were comfortable, kitchen really well equipped and plenty of board games. We did have a lot of mosquito bites which is obviously not the property fault but bring plenty of repellent. « Wir waren mit fünf Leuten in der Finca und haben vor allem die ruhige Lage und die gleichzeitige Nähe zu Arta genossen. Der Pool ist schön groß, die Möblierung im Außenbereich sehr gut. Einziges Manko ist die spärliche Ausstattung in der Küche. Gerne immer wieder! »

« Wonderful house within a 5 minute stroll to the town centre. Fabulous collection of art and objets d'art and so many areas to eat outside and inside. Excellent pool area with fridge, dishwasher and new gas bar b q . We had a fabulous time and would like to thank Juan for looking after us so well. »

« Belle semaine estivale dans cette villa disposant de tout le confort nécessaire avec 5 grandes chambres climatisées et une très agréable piscine. La situation permet un accès en 45 minutes aux principaux centres d'intérêt de l'île notamment Foremntor, Pollenca, Alcudia, Soller etc... »

« Die Finca hielt was sie versprach, die Anlage war gepflegt und der Pool riesig. Neben dem Pool war vor allem das separate Speisehaus ein Highlight. Wir haben sieben wundervolle Tage in der Finca verbracht und noch nie solch nette Vermieter gehabt. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar und schnell vor Ort, wenn wir etwas benötigten. »

« The villa was better than expected. Pool was lovely, kitchen had everything you would need, bedrooms we large. Everything was clean. Only thing we didn't appreciate was someone walking into the property unannounced from an adjoining door complaining we shouldn't be in the pool at 11pm. We booked the villa for private use so this upset our party. »

"Nous sommes restés 10 jours dans cet hotel bon rapport qualité prix , le perssonel est très accueillant surtout le responsable de la restauration et le Monsieur surveillant de la piscine. L hotel est situé à 5 minutes d une belle plage et 10 minutes à pied du port Alcudi ,un arret de bus et just à coté qui vous permet daller à palma et à l aeroport et centre historique alcudia. Un supermarket en face de l hotel, les chambres sont spacieuses avec un coin cuisine ,la restauration et le petit déjeuner copieux varié et savoureux avec une animation chaque soir .tout s est tres bien passé nous le recommandrons sans hésitation."
