'The location of the accomodation is very central in Makati, directly connected to a big shopping center. Lobby and the hotel in general look nice, but the rooms or service are not nearly 5 stars worth. The room looked pretty nice, but bathroom was dated and showering in the bathtub behind a somewhat dirty curtain is not what you'd expect in a 5 star hotel that charges 5 star rates. 'Seda is 5 minutes from our office so it is an ideal location. There is a small shopping mall and restaurants galore, visit Italianos if you like pasta etc... You are about a 15 minute walk from Greenbelt and Glorietta mall which are the main malls in this area so it may be a better option if you are visiting for a couple of days.
