Great value for money! A must-stop-to-try!
The hotel was a trendy American-Sports bar inspired venue, very clean, very welcoming and very convenient for family time. Located just off the M20, easy access and parking lot very accessible. The food quality was very nice and the pool is very large and very well maintained.

Séjour agréable
Hôtel ultra moderne, high-tech. Literie confortable, chambre spacieuse et agréable. Beaucoup de « petits plus », ce que je regrette, c’est que les enfants de moins de 16 ans ne peuvent pas profiter du spa 5 mns, aller à la salle de gym ou nager après 18h. Dommage pour mon fils adolescent (14 ans)

Great stay at hotel
Had a lovely weekend away at the hotel. Easy check in/check out facilities. Good choice of Starbucks or on-site main restaurant for food and drinks and good room service. Staff were accommodating and friendly and the room facilities were modern with a decent fan and good quality shower gel / shampoo to use. Very happy with stay here.

Perfect for Maidstone Town Centre
Very clean hotel with good staff. Didn't use the gym or pool but believe they are great facilities. They certainly seemed popular enough for an early Saturday evening. The bar is a decent size and unlike many souless hotel bars was lively. Thoroughly recommend if you need a hotel in the middle of Kent that is handy for London, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks and of course the Channel Tunnel.

Never Again
This place is really a gym and sports bar with a hotel attached: it was a poor experience and we would never return. The room was boiling hot and has no air conditioning. There are two fans in the room: a Dyson that is hard-wired and a portable cheap fan that was full of dust and didn't work. The electric radiator was at its lowest heat setting: we turned it off at the wall. Of our three nights, two were badly disturbed by noise: people shouting and banging doors at all hours of the night. It was so warm that we had to take the quilt out of the duvet cover and open both windows for some ventilation: and this was in February! There were lots of other issues too. The USB sockets on one side of the bed didn't work. There's not wardrobe, just a limited open hanging space. Also the sink tap was so badly covered in limescale that the water sprays all over the sink and all over your groin area. Be warned: you'll get soaked. We didn't eat at the hotel. The Grill and Sports Bar was always noisy and chaotic. It has large TV screens and cinema-style seating full of drunken visitors/residents watching sport. It's not a pleasant place to be so we walked a few minutes to the nearby Beefeater for a more civilised and quieter meal. We had to put up with these issues as family matters were more important, but we would never ever stay here again. Avoid.

A couple of disappointments...
Generally ok, except for an incidence of a drunk person in next room who was loudly groaning & vomiting at 24:30. Room service - not good. Cold drinks were not chilled and arrived in can, with no glass or ice. Ordered sticky toffee pudding which arrived cold and like a piece of rubber. Suspect too long in microwave, & then left to go cold.

Shower was lukewarm, half of the item's on the restaurant menu was unavailable. Breakfast there wasnt much choice to the diner's who want fruit or pots of yoghurts. Was very disappointed for the amount of money paid

Disappointing stay
Not a great experience. I booked a Club Room and when I arrived at 6.00PM I was told the room I had, had not been cleaned and that they needed another 15 minutes to prepare! They offered me a free Starbucks coffee while I waited. 35 minutes later the room was finally ready. To be fair, the receptionist offered me a free drink from the bar with my dinner. I explained I would like to order room service as I had been travelling since 6.00am. He told me that they were offering room service but when I got to my room and went to order, the app said that they were not offering room service. I went back down to the reception and he told me to just order it at the bar and he would deliver to room. It was quite a queue and I did not have my bank card on me so I just went back to my room and ordered via Just Eat. Though they made an effort to put things right, its not what I would expect of Hotel chain that has a reputation to keep up. Disappointing.
