Het modern ingerichte huis is prachtig gelegen, beschikt over twee complete slaapkamers, en een slaapplaats onder de nok van het dak. 'We had an amazing week at La Cucina Sabina! There were 14 of us that traveled from the US to explore Rome and Florence. The food was amazing, we opted for the deluxe package. 'This was a great property for extended family. Lots of interesting places within an our and also some authentic Italian villages to explore nearby. The local pizzeria was very good and not expensive. Priests and her partner were very helpful and looked after us well. A very relaxing holiday but very hot in Augusta’s one downside is no air conditioning. '

'Een prachtig vakantiehuis met airco en zwembad, zeer geschikt voor een familie. Klein minpuntje was een probleem met wat algenvorming op de bodem van het zwembad, waarop zeer snel en adequaat gereageerd is. Emiliano is een zeer behulpzame en vriendelijke eigenaar/host. Hij reageerde direct op al onze vragen. Hij heeft ons ook heel goed geholpen toen een van de kleine kinderen ziek werd, hij stond eigenlijk altijd voor ons klaar.'

'Het huis is mooi gelegen, en ook het zwembad is fijn. Er is veel privacy, het huis is goed van sfeer. Wij hebben wel commentaar op de prijs/kwaliteitverhouding vanwege de gebreken: geen goede parasols bij het zwembad, afwasmachine werkte niet, twee deuren naar balkons niet te gebruiken wegens kapotte hordeuren, luik kapot.'
