This friendly holiday home is located on the quiet outskirts of San Feliciano, just 300 metres from the lake. It is the outbuilding of a private house; on the large shared property there is a private garden area with a seating area, sun loungers and barbecue; children's games and a field for volleyball, badminton and boccia. The friendly owners also keep all sorts of pets and farm animals such as chickens, pigeons, ducks and even two donkeys, which is great fun for the little ones. Swim in the lake, row or surf on it or cycle around it and enjoy the picturesque hilly landscape that surrounds it. In nearby San Feliciano, you can stroll along the shore or take the ferry to the small romantic islands. There are smaller and larger bathing bays all along the lake, often with sandy beaches, which are particularly child-friendly. The two larger towns on the lake, Castiglione del Lago and Passignano, offer a variety of restaurants, bars and shops for a stroll. A good fish restaurant is just 200 metres away on foot. The nearby Umbrian and Tuscan towns of Perugia (20 km), Cortona (30 km), Arezzo (60 km), Montepulciano (30 km), Pienza (40 km) and many more are also within easy reach, less than an hour's drive away!
