The staff are all very helpful and attentive, from the day that we first arrived until we left we were treated like we were at home instead of just been another guest. All of the staff were so nice, Yui, Gem, Boat and another girl who worked at night whose name escapes me and the very quiet girl who looked after the rooms. 'My stay here was pretty good, I just had a really strange encounter with one of the owners upon check out when she practically yelled at me to bring her my key (I left it in the door as generally there was no staff around to give it to). She could’ve politely said she didn’t want to climb the stairs and I would’ve happily got it, but the way she spoke to me was really out of nowhere and odd and so I didn’t rebook.
