I spent two nights here with my sister. The value of the property and what you get is hard to beat. The room was HUGE, very clean & comfortable. The building is historic and directly across from the Palace and many parks. Everything I wanted to do was walking distance. The staff was so friendly & helpful. Many cute cafes to dine at nearby as well. I would recommend it highly & stay here in the future.

Si vous aimez les puces et l'urine...
Hotel déplorable ! Fuyez! Derrière les apparences chics se cache une belle arnaque! L'annonce parlait d'un parking, mais il n'y en a pas! Chambre sans insonorisation, on entend les pas, les rires, et bien d'autres choses encore. Notre entrée n'est pas celle des artistes mais plutôt celle de service! La grande porte sur la place est sans doute réservée aux notables... Quant a nous, nous avons eu droit à la porte dérobée sur la rue adjacente avec 3 clés, un sacré tour de main pour l'ouvrir, et beaucoup de patience! Une fois passée cette première épreuve, pas de réception, pas de cafétéria dans notre partie de l'hôtel. Une chambre jolie en apparence , qui cache un personnel malhonnête, et des équipements vetustes... Le paumeau de douche plein de calcaire éclabousse tout, le portant ne tient pas, les wc sentent, la douche vous offre la possibilité de savoir de quelle couleur sont les cheveux des clients précédents (si ce sont bien des cheveux), et sans doute ceux encore avant! Tout comme le lit d'ailleurs! Il est petit et dur comme du béton, et vous trouverez un peu de compagnie dedans, plutôt cool si vous aimez les puces! Le plafond fui et ponctue vos nuits de "plocs plocs", mais rassurez-vous, si vous comptiez faire une reclamation au personnel apres tout ca, parce que c'est litteralement la goutte de trop, il fera mine de vouloir vous aider, avant de vous répondre : "there's nothing i can do for you!" Voila voila! Bon sejour a Madrid, fuyez cet hotel!

This hotel was not open but would not refund our money. I am disgustedly with them and hotels.com for not chasing up my money. I will think long and hard about ever using either company.

Dear guest, As regard to your opinion i would like to point out that we sent you a message explaining you the situation and offering you the best possible alternative we could have been able to offer. The pandemic crisis affected the whole world and for all the non refundable reservations paid months ago was impossible for the establishment to refund back so much money due to the temporary closure of the activity and lack of funds. Instead we offered you the option to reschedule your stay with us anytime you would have wanted. Moreover, we consider your opinion injust considering that you didn't even have the opportunity to make use of our services and facilities. Finally, we hope you stay safe and reconsider our offer to visit our hotel some day in the future. People will regain back their trust and start travel again to our beautiful country. Amazing location with palace view
Location is superb, very lovely interior with old European antique touch. Room with low wooden ceiling with windows are very unique. Good facility at the open kitchen area, make me feel like home. Just except one thing, the heating turns on automatically at midnight without been told. Other than this, everything is perfect!

Wir hatten ein ruhiges, geräumiges Appartement mit einem herrlichen Blick über die Plaza del Oriente mit besonders guten Betten, guter Beleuchtung, gut geheizt und bei Bedarf geputzt. Einzig die Kochmöglichkeit war mit Wasserkocher, Mikrowellenherd und wenig Geschirr sehr eingeschränkt.

Short stay in Madrid
We stayed at the apartments for three nights during our stay in Madrid. Overall we had fairly mixed feelings about the property and we felt the room photos listed didn’t correspond with the room we were given. Pros: Location for us was a real bonus, directly opposite the castle and within easy walking distance of all attractions and metro. The service from the front desk was outstanding. We were made to feel very welcome and Michaela was very knowledgeable about the city and always keen to help us as much as possible. Cons: The room itself was well appointed and had lovely fixtures and fittings. The downside was that both small windows overlook an internal area so a lack of natural light. Also, there was a rather unpleasant, musty smell in the apartment that seemed to be coming from the bathroom drain. The other issue was the noise. Late at night, we could hear music coming from a bar or nightclub until around 2am. We were on the 2nd floor so higher floors might not be affected. To be fair to the property, we didn’t share our concerns with them given we weren’t staying very long and the front desk lady had been so helpful. However, it would have been nice for the cleaning staff to be proactive in identifying and reporting the problem.

Great priced hotel in the best location . Everything is walking distance . The room was clean and the customer service was amazing . We got a tour of our room as well as a complimentary bottle of wine and waters . We also enjoyed that we could leave our bags with front desk after we checked out and when we returned they even had a bathroom to utilize to shower or freshen up before you left to fly out . We would book with them again .

The location of this apartment was fantastic - very convenient and also very quiet but so central with easy access to everything. The apartment was spacious and had pretty much everything we needed - if I could make a suggestion to the management - you have Bosch washing machine, Bosch dishwasher, induction cook top and oven and microwave - all great appliances. What was missing were a couple of tiny things - no trays in the oven (and it was in need of a good clean) no dishwasher detergent so when I put in on a hot wash with no detergent the glasses came out greasy and no soap powder for the washing machine (although when I asked at Reception a cup of soap powder was left in the room). Nowhere to hang the clothes - no clothes screen - once they were washed - and no toaster (had to grill the bread in the oven). Also no milk capsules with the tea and coffee. Those small things would make a big difference to the convenience and use of the facilities. The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and there were plenty of good restaurants locally and a supermarket nearby. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

An absolutely outstanding experience. Excellent location, world-class service, and beautifully preserved property/accommodations. As with all the best Properties it is people who make the difference. In this case it was a wonderful person named Michaela... decided to every last detail for us. She was our guide to the city, she arranged for a Front row table had an outstanding flamenco restaurant, And even make sure our taxi was there pick us up when we checked out.

Fantastic apartments next to Palacio Real, easy walking distance to all sights and near to metro stops. Staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, providing information on sights, restaurants, transport and shopping, Incredibly quiet, clean and with you need for a few days in Madrid. Would definitely recommend.

Mickaela was very friendly and very accommodating. We had a great time staying there. Though after the 1st welcome bottle of water. The succeeding days.,they don't replenish the water any.more. wish they also provide toothbrush and slipper.it would have been a perfect place to stay. 조용하고 넓은 최신 시설의 숙소
마드리드 왕궁 바로 앞에 있고, 솔광장까지는 걸어서 7분 정도, 오페라역은 2분 정도 거리에 있습니다. 주방을 포함하여 시설은 모두 훌륭하였고, 주방겸 거실이 매우 넓었습니다. 저녁에는 주변이 조용하여 소음은 거의 없었습니다. 일정상 하루만 머물렀는데 하루만 있기에는 아까운 숙소입니다.
