This apartment is rented for medium- or short-term stays, but only in accordance with the LAU regulation as a "use other than housing", and tourist rentals are not allowed. The rental must be for work, personal or family reasons, and the tenant must reside outside Madrid and, of course, never make this property their permanent residence (but rather their temporary residence), nor register themselves at this address.

The apartment is located just a few minutes from Atocha Station and Paseo del Prado, in an excellent area for discovering Madrid, with easy access to public transport and the city’s main points of interest.

Upon entering the apartment, the first full bathroom is located on the right. Continuing down the hallway, you reach the bright living‑dining area, furnished with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and a dining table ideal for enjoying shared moments during your stay.

The property offers three bedrooms. The first and second feature two 90 × 190 cm single beds joined together and storage space. The third bedroom includes a single 90 × 190 cm bed.

Opposite the bedrooms is the second full bathroom, equipped with a walk‑in shower. Next to it is the kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay, including cookware, utensils, and essential appliances.

The apartment enjoys an unbeatable location: within a short walk you can reach iconic landmarks such as the Reina Sofia Museum, Retiro Park, the Prado Museum, Atocha Station, the Royal Botanical Garden, and Paseo del Prado, along with a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, and cultural venues. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
