Gran Vía Moon - 2-bedroom apartment in the city center:
Gran Vía Moon has an approximate area of 90 m².
It features a large living room with two balconies, a fireplace, and a comfortable three-meter sofa with a hidden double bed. The sofa bed, suitable for two people, will only be prepared for stays with more than four guests; for smaller bookings, it can be added for an optional supplement of €50 per night.
There are two double bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a balcony, two beds measuring 90 x 200 cm, a walk-in closet with ample storage space, and an en-suite bathroom with a spa bathtub and hydro-massage shower.
The second bedroom also has a balcony, two beds of 90 x 200 cm, two large wardrobes, and a private bathroom with a hydro-massage shower.
Additionally, there is a guest toilet accessible from the hallway and one of the bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with complete cookware and everything needed for cooking. The dining area features a large table measuring 90 x 200 cm, extendable to 240 cm, and includes a smart TV. The TVs are set up so you can comfortably enjoy your favorite series or movies after a long day of work or study.
Included appliances: washer, dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, extractor fan with three motors, Krups Dolce Gusto automatic coffee machine, double juicer, blender, toaster, vacuum cleaner, iron, and hairdryer.

HOW TO GET
METROS: SAN BERNARDO, VENTURA RODRIGUEZ, PLAZA ESPAÑA AND NOVICIADO.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.-The elevator is very old and often malfunctions, so its use is not allowed for tenants.
-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.-The address where the keys are delivered is different from that of the apartment.
-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
