For stays of less than 28 nights, key pickup is carried out at a point near the building. Hours: every day until 8:00 PM | Sundays until 7:00 PM. We recommend coordinating your arrival in advance.



For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:



You will need to sign a temporary rental contract.

Public utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.

You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 175 EUR.
