'Good location and value for the money, but no AC, uncomfortable beds, and the frequently advertised “free coffee in the lounge” was empty during our stay. No sign of any staff anywhere. Ok place for a night to lay your head, but go elsewhere for comfort.'

'We stayed here for 4 nights in a suite on the executive floor. Honestly, I couldn’t tell what was “executive” about the floor; it was just like any other corridor. The high price did not match the quality we received. We travel a lot to various countries, and this hotel stood out in its mediocrity.
Upon check-in, we were informed that housekeeping was only done every other day. The parking was expensive, and the garage was mediocre at best. The room had a musty, almost dirty smell. Cleanliness...

'The hotel was nice, easy check in. Room was a little small but had an opening window which is a plus. Parking is expensive but easy to access and breakfast was ok. Great location close to the space needle and climate pledge arena. Room was quiet and comfortable beds. I would stay again. It would be nice to have breakfast and parking included. A bottle of water at the front is 5 dollars but they do have a water fill station that I found on my last day.'
