« Room was clean, but very dark.. like hallways and an unwelcoming lobby. Outside property littered with shopping carts and trash. My checking initially was totally unsat, but I was finally accommodated.. there was confusion as to my reservation..when I showed photo of property, I was deemed at the right place! I left hotel this morning, at 0509, and left key in drop.. I’m hoping my account is credited for the’damage’ protection.. if you need further info, let me know! »

« Wow! What a fantastic find! This adorable apartment was perfect for our family of 5. My husband and I took the main bedroom while the 3 kids slept in the bunk beds/queen bed in the second bedroom. There were so many cute touches in this space that didn’t go unnoticed, such as the board games and puzzle books, coffee bar, snacks on the table, charging ports in the bedrooms, and water in the fridge. « This property was very clean and we enjoyed our time here. It is conveniently located between The Ark Encounter and The Creation Museum which is where we visited. We stopped at the Newport Aquarium on our way to The Upper Room and ate a delicious supper at Barbeque Bob's restaurant. The evening before we left we had ice cream at the little roadside diner on Main Street just down the road from The Upper Room. Thanks for allowing us to use the space. »

« I want to start off by saying that I had a good stay in Cincinnati and Ludlow, the area is amazing, but I can’t say the same about my experience with Neat Suit and this apartment. It was my second time there, my first visit I had issues with the dish washer not working and internet issues that were resolved fairly quickly.
