'A plumbing company came while I was staying at the unit and did work that was loud, caused me not to have water for 3 hours so, I left and ran some errands. No big deal really - I understand maintenance is a part of owning real estate. Upon my return the A/C wasn't working, however, I made the issue known to the owner, and she was able to move me to another unit within the building quickly. Issues happen. In my opinion, it's how owners/management react to issues, and I believe they did a good...

'We came into town for a one night stay to listen to some music at the Capitol Theatre. This apartment was so nice, and the location so wonderful, that we extended for the whole weekend. 'I highly rate this place a 5, even though,1) there was an awful, awful smell in the hallway of the 4th floor and 2) there was uncovered food left in the fridge. I would definitely stay again and recommend. The location was perfect, being in the heart of downtown near lots of restaurants and close enough to the mall and other small shops.'
