'Clean room with easy check in. Parking is extremely limited. We were staying for 2 nights and I had to ask staff if I could have the second mornings complimentary breakfast. They advised we should have had our room serviced which didn’t happen. The staff I spoke to were lovely and helpful, giving me fresh towels and the breakfast. It’s a “locals” pub so it was a bit noisy late into the night. The room was clean and the neat, the bathroom was fabulous!'

'We are repeat customers and love the cottage, its location, it is close to town and the lake with its amazing sunrises/sets and bird life. Great for walks, easy to get to Ballarat. It is comfy, equipped well, the water is hot. So safe for our dog, Ian is a lovely host.'

'Great stay for a family of five in older style motel setting. Clean and comfortable and close to town. Heating worked a treat and we appreciated the electric blankets, spare blankets and pillows. For a budget family stay in Daylesford it does the job perfectly.'
