'The booking was after 7:00 PM and the hotel manager made time to show the entire home room by room, explain the amenities, and walk the grounds to enhance the experience. The tour included a detailed list of local attractions including Angeles City, local fresh food market, options for transportation, and the massive SM Mall. All requests were accommodated and the staff went above and beyond at every turn to make our stay more than satisfying to include no charge for late checkout. I am planning...

'The hotel was extremely clean. Housekeeping did an exceptional job every day. Staff was very polite and helpful. Gym was very nice. Restaurants were very good. Washer/dryer in the unit worked well. The store on the first floor was very helpful. '

'We wanted to say something at the swimmingpool. Nobody came to us so i had to come to the guy if we could order something. Not a good start. There is alot of constuction around the hotel so you dont get a Nice few. The distance to the centre is very far away from the hotel. The room is clean and new. You can hear the people who are walking in the hallway. Not my best experience. Lucky i stay 1 day only '

'The stay was very pleasant, staff were great. The hotel is showing its age, and there is construction going on to rehabilitate the hotel. The location is excellent, close to other restaurants outside of the hotel. The hotel is connected to the other hotel casino and entertainment. '
