You'll have a wonderful stay in this 14 m² studio located on the ground floor, equipped with a fold-out double bed for real space saving, a sofa and a small HD TV, a fully equipped kitchenette for self-catering and a dining table for two, a washing machine, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Fiber optic Wi-Fi is available, and sheets and towels are included.

Ideal for business or leisure stays, just a short distance from the train station and public transport (metro B, tram T1 and T3).

Courtesy items are available (welcome coffee, tea, pasta, rice, etc.), as well as a Traveler's Guide that will provide you with all the information about the apartment (Wi-Fi code, instructions) and the best places to visit in Lyon.

Check-in is 100% autonomous from 3 p.m. via a smart lock. Check-out is by 11 a.m. on the day of your departure.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.
