weekend trip

Fabulous weekend, everything about it far exceeded our expectation. Owners friendly and very good with communication, caravan spotless and well stocked. situation good, location perfect for visiting the new forest and the isle of weight. Camp facilities excellent, especially the pools. would highly recommend it and hopefully get to stay again.

Family caravan in good location

I stayed in the caravan for a music weekend at Shorefield. It’s located a short walk from the entertainment complex and easy access to path leading into Milford on Sea. There’s parking at front. Inside is clean and typical of what you find in a caravan. I didn’t do any cooking, but seemed well equipped with some useful condiments etc.The family shower room is small, and en-suite toilet very compact. I would have preferred if bedding and towels were included but it’s clear in description you have to bring your own.

Great cabin. Enough space for 4 adults. A bit further away from all the facilities so we used the car to get to the pool, bar etc. very quiet, nice view through the window. Has everything you may need. Would be happy to come back again

Great place to stay to get away from everything

Great stay. Being honest we haven't stayed in a caravan before and were expecting chemical toilets and a trickle of water in the shower. This is very different, very well equipped from the kitchen, which had plenty of plates, pans and the like, through to comfy beds and a decent shower in the bathroom. Communication with the owner was excellent, quick to respond and very helpful. The park is very nice, two good pools (indoor and outdoor). The staff were a bit grumpy and the changing rooms for the pool are grim but the pools are clean. I would change in the caravan as much as possible. You can walk almost all the way to the beach through woods which is nice, although there aren't any sandy beaches nearby. Overall we had an really enjoyable stay, despite not having the highest expectations. Thank you for sharing your caravan with us.

Great family holiday

Most enjoyable. Relaxing Great location to explore Hampshire/Dorset south coast, IOW and New Forest. Boys enjoyed the pool. Suggestion: provide a charcoal grill barbecue. We will come back next year

Nice caravan

Caravan was easy to locate and clean, site has good amenities outdoors pool was good, only downside is that the pool is at the other end of the site to the caravan and its a bit of a walk, there is parking by the pool if needed.

A short break

A friend and I stayed for 3 enjoyable days exploring the surrounding areas. All depending on how long you wish to stay, we found that certain car parks were expensive The caravan was comfortable and very clean. Very good restaurant on site. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Lovely caravan with nice rooms and a balcony for relaxing on - the site was great with entertainment, activities and great swimming pool. We loved the robot service in the restaurant and the nearby beach was quiet and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you.

Lovely break

Despite the horrible weather we had a great time. The property is great, just as described! Loads of duvets and pillows available (don’t forget your bedding though!) Cool robot delivers food in the restaurant which the kids loved. Great, we’ll stocked shop on site Pool in the complex was a bit dirty but that’s no fault of the owner of the property, just something to be aware of. Hope it was just a one off?!
