This 50 m² one-bedroom apartment is on the 12th floor of a modern residence in Gasperich, above a shopping centre in the Cloche d'Or area. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill it with light, and it sleeps two guests.

The long covered balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, offers wide views over the city and beyond, a favourite spot for breakfast or an evening drink.



🏊 Pool, Gym and Sauna

Guests have access to the building's indoor swimming pool, fitness room and sauna.



🛋️ Living Area and Workspace

The open living space has a sofa, a Smart TV, a breakfast bar with stools and a work desk with Wi-Fi.



🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen

The white kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, dishes, glasses and cutlery.



🛏️ Bedroom

The bedroom has a king bed (180 cm), floor-to-ceiling windows with room-darkening curtains, and built-in wardrobe storage. Bed linen is provided.



🚿 Bathroom

The marble-tiled bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, with towels, shampoo and a hair dryer provided.



🧺 Laundry and Longer Stays

A washer and dryer in the apartment, plus an iron, make longer stays easy, and central heating keeps it comfortable in winter.

The shopping centre with a supermarket is in the same building, and bus and tram stops at the door connect you to the city centre and the central train station. Public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.



ℹ️ Good to Know

There is no air conditioning, so the apartment can get warm in summer. The area is a busy, developing business district, with occasional construction nearby. Parking is not included.



Guest Access:

Guests have the entire apartment to themselves and can use the building's indoor pool, gym and sauna. The apartment is on the 12th floor, reached by elevator with a badge. The building entrance uses a code, the keys are in a lockbox in the mailbox area, and step-by-step instructions and videos are in your Guest Area.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is in Gasperich, a modern district in the south of Luxembourg City around the Cloche d'Or business and shopping area. A shopping centre with a supermarket, cafés and restaurants is in the building itself, and many offices are nearby. Bus and tram stops at the door connect you to the city centre, and public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.



Getting Around:

Bus and tram stops are right at the door, with connections to the city centre and Luxembourg's central train station. Luxembourg Airport is around 15 minutes away by car or taxi, depending on traffic. Parking is not included. Public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.

To help maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow the house guidelines below:



1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.



2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.



3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.



4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.



5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.



6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.



7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.



8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.



9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.



10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.



11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.



12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.



13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property. You can use the lockbox to collect your keys. The access code will be sent once you’ve completed the check-in process through your Guest Area and it’s close to the official check-in time at 3:00 PM.
