Gîte du Domaine du Roc

Located in the heart of the Domaine du Roc, a 6-hectare property featuring gardens, woods, and meadows with horses, we warmly welcome you to our cottage in this peaceful haven of bucolic surroundings. Ideally located 8 km from Saint-Emilion, 45 km from Bordeaux, 13 km from Libourne, and 17 km from Lake Gurson in Villefranche-de-Lonchat, you'll enjoy numerous walks and hikes. On-site, you'll have access to a landscaped courtyard adjoining the cottage with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a barbecue. To relax, our 4x10m salt-water swimming pool will be available from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from May 1 to September 30. More athletic guests can play a game on our private tennis court (tennis rackets are available for loan). Finally, you can walk around the entire property (picnic tables installed in different places) including fishing in the pond. The cottage, located in a Girondine stone house, consists on the ground floor of a kitchen, a living room with dining room and lounge (fireplace, sofa bed with comfortable mattress), a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine (intermediate level access by 4 steps). Upstairs, there are two attic bedrooms: a master bedroom equipped with a 160x200 bed and a small children's bedroom equipped with two 90x190 beds, as well as a small toilet. Gîte equipped with electric heating (included in the price). Sheets, towels, table linen, wood are included in the price and the beds are made upon your arrival. Domain classified as an LPO refuge. We welcome horses to the field with shelter (electric fence) and unlimited hay (daily fee of €15 per horse). Small animals accepted on leashes. Tourist tax extra. Gîte suitable for teleworking (office area in the bedroom, internet connection). The winegrower owners offer you a tour of their farm. Ping pong table. Massage available on request.
