We are offering this 1970s bungalow for rent in Lumio, with sea views, less than 100 metres from the beach. It has a floor area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests, including 2 adults and 4 children. It comprises a lovely 20 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, two bathrooms (with showers) and a garden of around 100 m².

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a TV, sofa, etc.
- A fully fitted kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4 children)
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A lovely private garden of 100 m²
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally situated in Lumio, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free nearby in the residence’s car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Calvi station, 9.3 km away (around 12 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine Airport, 8.8 km away (about 10 minutes by car)

Other notes:
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- The bungalow is semi-detached on one side only, with no neighbours opposite
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be arranged with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- The heating is instant gas-fired and cannot supply two showers at the same time.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
