For holiday guests:
Occupancy 2 to 3 people.
1 living room with sofa bed 1.2m, the sleeping area on the gallery 1x 1.4m and 1x 0.90m,
 Fitted kitchen, microwave with oven, dining area, bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet
TV, bicycle storage in the garden,
Bed linen, towels, toilet paper as well as detergent and cleaning agents included.

Prices for holiday guests:
Minimum booking 4 nights
Basic price for occupancy with 1-2 people per night as stated
each additional person 15 € per night
each child from 4 to 12 years € 6.00 per night
Children under 4 years free
New bed linen and towels are provided after 14 days.
No final cleaning: you leave the house clean, tidy and swept clean.

general description
The small, light-flooded house is allergy-friendly, with adobe walls, baseboard heating and oiled wooden floors. It is handicapped accessible (on request). It is centrally located in the Hanseatic city of Lüneburg (UNIVERSITY LOCATION) has approx. 45m² of living space, the ground-level part with 40m² is a spacious living area, small fitted kitchen and bathroom / toilet. There is a large 1.40 m and a 0.90 m wide bed on the gallery and is accessible via a space-saving staircase that may only be used by adults and fit people.
The house is located in a small enclosed courtyard garden with garden pond, terrace with garden furniture, a grill is at your disposal. You can enjoy the sun in the garden. The property is approximately 500 m² and is located in a cul-de-sac. It takes 5 minutes to the train station and 10 minutes to the medieval half-timbered town. Shops are within walking distance.

In the house you will find extensive information and brochures for leisure activities to small and large excursion destinations in the area.

We offer:

On request and at an additional cost, we offer canoe or kayak tours on the nearby, cozy Ilmenau or the somewhat brisk Luhe for longer stays.

The Lüneburg Heath Nature Park around Wilseder Berg near Bispingen (40 km) and the city of Hitzacker (50 km) on the Elbe in neighboring Wendland are easy to reach and famous for their scenic and cultural attractions.

By car or train you are in 30-45 minutes in Hamburg with its great cultural offer we particularly recommend the "Dialogue in the Dark" and the harbor with the Elbphilharmonie.
