Waters Edge Suites was designed and built specifically for vacationing families and large groups, with spacious accommodations, great gathering areas, elevator access, a heated pool and hot tub, and an incredible location close to everything Ludington has to offer.

Suite A sleeps up to 18 guests and includes 6 bedrooms, 5½ bathrooms, 2 refrigerators and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their vacation together.

Spend your summer afternoons swimming and relaxing poolside, then wind down in the hot tub after a day at the beach or exploring Ludington.

One of the best parts of staying here is the location.

Walk across the street and you're at beautiful Lake Michigan! Spend the day at the beach, walk the shoreline, enjoy Ludington's incredible sunsets, or simply relax and take in everything that makes a Lake Michigan vacation special.

You can enjoy the beach without having to load everyone and everything into the car.

Summer dates already booked? Don't overlook Ludington in the spring and fall! Cooler temperatures, beautiful Lake Michigan views and fewer summer crowds make the shoulder seasons a great time to visit.

Suite A was designed with larger families and groups in mind.

The 6 bedrooms include:

• 2 King beds
• 2 Queen beds
• 4 Double beds arranged as bunk beds
• 6 Twin/single beds, including some trundle beds

With 6 bedrooms and 5½ bathrooms, your group has room to spread out while still being together under one roof.

And when you're traveling with a large group, having 5½ bathrooms makes mornings, showers and getting everyone ready for dinner a whole lot easier!

LARGE KITCHEN, LIVING & DINING SPACES

Vacation is about spending time together, and Suite A gives your group plenty of room to do exactly that.

Enjoy a full kitchen and spacious living and dining areas designed for larger groups.

Suite A also has TWO REFRIGERATORS — an especially useful feature when you're vacationing with a large group and bringing enough food and drinks for everyone.

Whether you're having breakfast before heading to the beach, gathering for dinner, playing games in the evening or simply relaxing after a day exploring Ludington, you'll have space to enjoy your time together.

ELEVATOR ACCESS

Waters Edge Suites includes an elevator for easy and convenient access between floors, making it much easier to get luggage, groceries and your group to and from Suite A.

BASEMENT GAME ROOM

Looking for something to do after the beach or on a rainy day?

Head downstairs to our shared basement game room, available to guests staying at Waters Edge Suites.

It's another space for kids and adults to spread out, relax and have fun.

Please note: The basement game room is a shared common area and is not exclusive to Suite A.

A PURPOSE-BUILT VACATION PROPERTY

Waters Edge Suites wasn't an apartment building that was later converted into vacation rentals. It was designed and built specifically for families and groups vacationing together in Ludington.

That means thoughtful features such as spacious gathering areas, multiple bathrooms, elevator access, extra refrigeration and amenities designed around making large-group vacations easier.

Suite A gives your family the privacy of your own condo while still having access to the shared amenities at Waters Edge Suites.

PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED

Suite A is professionally operated and maintained by Waters Edge Vacation Rentals of Ludington, Michigan.

Our goal is simple: provide a clean, comfortable and well-maintained place where families and friends can enjoy their time together and make great Lake Michigan memories.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This reservation is for Suite A only. It does NOT include Suites B or C or exclusive use of the entire Waters Edge Suites building.

The following areas are shared with guests staying in the other suites:

• Heated outdoor pool
• Hot tub
• Basement game room
• Lobby and common areas
• Elevator and elevator landings

SECURITY CAMERAS

For guest and property safety, security cameras are located in the common areas, lobby, parking lot and fire stairwell.

There are NO security cameras inside any of the private condo units.

PETS

We are unable to accommodate pets at this time.
