12 Person Hot Tub Overlooking Lake Michigan

Lake View Bluffs is located atop a 200' bluff with breathtaking views of the fresh coast! While we don't have access the water, there is a beach 5 minutes away

This destination is perfect for families and friends looking for a secluded getaway. Features include a coffee/tea bar, board game zone, large deck, outdoor fire pit, and a 12' x 8' swim spa with room for up to 12 people and amazing views of the lake!

We are here to help you have a perfect stay! Please, reach out at any point before or during your stay if you have any questions or requests.

Located minutes from downtown Ludington. We do not have neighbors immediately to the North of us. There is a dense woods to the north. Good news for big gatherings, we have a tiny home with its own hot tub and fire pit next door to the south. It’s about 125ft away and is separated by a privacy fence. We have no neighbors south of the tiny house, but there is a beautiful orchard and woods.

The driveway is shared with a neighboring property. Please respect our neighbors! We like them a lot!

Guests have access to the entire property. Access to laundry room will be provided upon request.

Restrictions include the following:
1) Do not go beyond the fence next to the bluff.
2) No access to the garage.

After a long car ride, you finally arrived at your vacation destination along the fresh coast! Leave your bags in the car- you can get those later! Make your way to the back porch, take a minute to breathe in the fresh air, and gaze at the blue waters of Lake Michigan. Over 100 feet of private lakeshore views for just you, your family, and your friends! You all deserve this moment, so take a group selfie, share it with everyone, and never forget it!

When you’re ready, head in and drop off your suitcases in one of the rooms. Each bed is freshly made with clean cozy sheets. All bedrooms come with bedside fans and easy to reach outlets to charge your devices. We provide extra sheets and pillows at your request. There is a nursery with a crib located off the master bedroom. Rock, paper, scissors over who gets the master —or just give it to the person you appreciate most!

Outside, you will find multiple games: lawn Jenga, corn hole, Bocce ball, and more. After a competitive game of cornhole, grab a drink and relax on the front porch or the observation deck overlooking the 200ft bluff. The swim spa is massive and has a wide view of the lake. It is kept at 102 degrees during the Fall/Winter/Spring and 80 degrees during the Summer. The spa is like a mini pool with only two seats but room for 12.

In the mood for food? Let the grill master loose at the 4-burner Weber grill. Or head 15 minutes to downtown Ludington and grab a nice dinner at one of the local breweries or restaurants. While in town, take a stroll down Ludington State Park Beach, dip your toes into Lake Michigan, and search for some cool Petoskey stones.

After dinner, gather around the fire pit, roast marshmallows, and share stories while the sun goes down. If it's raining outside, gather around the indoor fireplace, log into your Netflix or Disney+ account, and watch a movie. Still have some energy left? Grab a board game in the game zone and turn on some music!

The early risers will love the coffee and tea bar. Grab a cup of joe and sit in one of the cozy blue chairs facing the lake. This is one of our favorite spots in the house! When everyone wakes up, make some pancakes in the fully equipped kitchen. There are many things to do in Ludington, flip open the guide book if you need inspiration!

Please note, the exhaust vent in the kitchen is inoperable, but there is a large window that can be opened if needed!

Guests do not have access to the garage. There is parking space for 10+ vehicles on the property.
