The pontoon provided access to the lake and a place to hang out on the water. The yard was quiet with several mature trees that provided a shade a nice relaxing sound with the breeze. The game room with extra fridge was great additional space. The flat lot was perfect for game time and access to the lake was easy off the dock. Our grandson loved splashing in the shallow water. He also caught lots of blue gills which he loved. Definitely rent the pontoon.'
