'Wij hebben een fijne vakantie in het huis doorgebracht. Het huis heeft een mooie ligging en ligt iets hoger waardoor je een mooi uitzicht hebt. Ook de ruimte om het huis is groot en als je geluk hebt zie je herten en zwijnen in het veld beneden lopen. Het zwembad is ook zeer aangenaam als de temperatuur stijgt en je lekker wilt afkoelen. De gastheer Giovanni is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad.'

'We hebben enorm genoten van het heerlijke zwembad, het uitstekend geoutilleerde huis en het werkelijk fenomenale uitzicht. Het enige waar we spijt van hadden, was dat we slechts een week geboekt hadden. We hadden nog wel langer willen blijven!'

'Fantastische plek, sfeervol huis, fijne bedden, schoon en compleet. Prachtige plek op een heuvel met ver uitzicht. Fijn zwembad, veel fijne restaurants binnen 5 tot 15 minuten rijden, en in het huis koken kon ook prima. Lucca en Pisa dichtbij, mooie omgeving. Sympathieke en warme ontvangst, prettige en snelle communicatie.'

'Huisje was niet echt schoon, badkamer rook niet fris, overal zaten spinnenwebben! (Zelf dus aan het poetsen geslagen) De handdoeken en het beddengoed roken vies (zurig) en we hebben geen één nacht goed geslapen doordat het bed echt vreselijk kraakte!! Kortom: het viel ons heel erg tegen!! Jammer dat er geen enkele communicatie mogelijk is met de eigenaar, tenzij je vloeiend Italiaans spreekt! De tweede dag nog wel een mail gestuurd naar de verhuurder maar hier hebben we niets op gehoord!!...

'Nice located houses suiteble for 4 adults, with 2 bedrooms, a not too well equipped kitchen, good enough bathroom. Clean swimming pool with lots of beds. Bakery 5 min on the bike, too far to walk. Great environment with Pisa, the beaches of Viareggio, beautiful and lively Lucca, Prato and Carrara nearby. From La Spezia hop on/hop off with a ferry to Cinque Terre. Florence/Sienna 75 min. Beware off the green zone policy of the citys when you visit them by car, you might get some unpleasant...

'Echte aanrader dit appartement met een prachtige tuin en zwembad van 3 bij 8 meter. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien en erg schoon. De gastvrouw is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en woont ernaast maar laat je je eigen gang gaan. Als je hulp nodig hebt dan is ze er. Ook de hond en 2 katten zijn erg vriendelijk:) De stad Lucca ligt op 10 minuten rijden en is gemakkelijk te bereiken met de auto. Mooie stad! Pisa en Florence zijn ook mooi, maar Lucca had toch wel iets speciaals. Verder...

'In juli en augustus verbleven wij met een groep van 12 vrienden (waaronder 5 kinderen tussen de 11 en 13 jaar) 3 weken in het prachtige huis van Lucy. Alles was perfect. Het huis is erg sfeervol en ademt Toscane. De keuken is meer dan compleet en van alle gemakken voorzien. De slaapkamers en badkamers zijn groot en schoon en er is genoeg (kast)ruimte om je spullen op te bergen. Vele uren hebben we op het terras gezeten welke grenst aan de keuken. Het uitzicht met de zonsondergang is iedere dag...

'The apartment in Lucca is so utterly unique that it's hard to compare it to any other we've stayed in. Situated near the edge of the historic part of Lucca right on the canal, its location couldn't be better. The building itself is old but has been lovingly restored and looked after by its owners. The artwork, done by the owner, is utterly stunning and the decor in the whole apartment is just as interesting to look at as the city of Lucca itself! 'Wie hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem alten Haus eines Olivenbauers. Giovanna und ihrs Schwestern waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Im Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt ( Geschirr, Gewürze, Toilettartikel, weiche Handtücher, usw.). Das Haus ist nicht weit von Lucca entfernt mit einem schönen Ausblick. Allerding sollte man vor den schmalen itlienischen Strassen keine Angst haben :)'

'A lovely, lovely house with so much space and amenities. Tremendous views particularly in the evening as the sun sets. We loved eating in the Loggia after early evening drinks outside with some late night snooker and swimming. It's very quiet for sleeping at nights and the kitchen is both beautiful and well thought through including 2 dishwashers! It's definitely worth making use of the local chefs. We were surprised how quick it was from Pisa airport and Lucca has a lot to offer with the walk...

'Ein traumhaft rustikales Haus mit ländlich-moderner Einrichtung. Die meiste Zeit waren wir allerdings draußen am Super Pool, Essen im Freien oder auf Ausflügen. Man kann von da aus sehr gut Pisa, Florenz, Massa (Meer) und natürlich das wunderbare Lucca erreichen. Die Gegend rund um das Haus lädt zu Wanderungen ein, wenn es nicht zu heiß ist. Die Betreuung durch Elena war super, freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.'

'The house is very nice, a half hour walk from Lucca, a beautiful city. Also Pisa is not far away. Everything is available in the house. The garden is sunny, full of roses and has a lovely pool. There is also enough space when you like to have some shadow.The host Enrico is a very kind man, always willing to give you any information for trips in the area.'
