'I love the privacy of this property!! We received a warm welcome. Staff very courteous, friendly, and respectful. Check-in process relatively easy. Did have issues with phone not working and major concerns with drainage, especially toilet and shower. Lock to the french doors broke and it took them 1 1/2 days to fix. 'Bancuang Mansion was beautifully decorated. The staff were all very attentive and polite. They were accommodating to all our requests and even brought us towels at the pool without us asking. The food in the restaurant was delicious and fresh. We had breakfast there every morning and a couple of lunch and dinners.
