Seaview is a newly refurbished spacious unit located centrally in Lowestoft, less than a minute walk into the town centre with all the needed amenities. There is two private parking spots outside the building. Within Seaview there are 3 apartments. Apartment two is a two bedroom apartment, sleeping up to four guests, with a spacious kitchen and a private shower room. This apartment also boasts a workspace. Flat two is located on the second floor, up one flight of stairs. As you enter, you come to a central hallway with all rooms of the hall way. To the left is the master bedroom and the separate shower room. Directly in front of you is the smaller single bedroom. With the open plan kitchen and living located between the bedrooms, giving you a glimpse of the sea as you eat dinner Parking is limited to one space out the front of the property which is shared between the entire building, please confirm before booking if you wish to reserve the space and we can confirm whether the space is available. This is a self check in via a key safe, code will be sent on the day of arrival. You will be given two contact numbers during your stay in which you can contact if needed. Located very centrally opposite the Marina Theatre, you are 1 minute walk into the the town center. PLEASE NOTE: EV Charging is strictly permitted at this property.
