'Check in was very easy. The front door is a little tricky. Kitchen is great however it could use updated pots and pans we ended up buying a pan to use during this stay. We would also say this place sleeps 4 comfortably not 6. The home is a shared property not considered private. '

'This property is a perfect place for a short little bike trip. Location is exceptional for some local eats and drinks within walking distance.Listing is accurate, small bathroom, quaint kitchen. Everything clean and and kitchen is stocked enough for some meal prep. 'This property is literally perfection! We had an incredible time, much of it spent on the huge back deck overlooking the river! There's anything and everything you could need to have an enjoyable time. The dining table is the perfect size for playing board games, the beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-stocked. 10/10, we enjoyed every minute and hope to be back again! '

'We enjoyed our stay on Friendly Alley. The house was everything it was advertised as. It was very clean and accommodating and the yard was so big! It was an easy drive or walk to so many places in Eugene. The kitchen was well stocked with basic needs as was the bathroom. I would definitely stay again on any future visits to Eugene!'

'This was a perfect alternative to one night in a hotel on our way to Southern Oregon from Northern Washington. There were plenty of comfy beds, lots of room for all of us to spread out and have privacy when needed. It's a big place, super clean, very nicely appointed.
