The spacious living and dining room serves as the heart of the apartment, offering a welcoming and refined atmosphere with direct access to the large balcony of 43 m2, where you can enjoy a marvellous view of the sea. The first bedroom features 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and also opens onto the balcony. The second bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and likewise provides access to the balcony. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, and also opens to the balcony. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area, with its own exit to the balcony as well. The 2 bathrooms include one shower and WC, and a second featuring a shower, bidet, and WC with a double hand-basin.
